Beyond the Gates
TODAY ON DAYTIME – Friday, October 30 Spoilers: A Grilling Nobody Wants, A Reunion Worth the Wait, and A War Path With No Brakes
Spoilers for all five daytime soaps bring tough questions, an emotional reunion, a war path, and a few secrets spilling into the open.
SPOILERS GRILL SECRETS, HEARTS REUNITE, AND GRUDGES GET PERSONAL
Spoilers for Friday put General Hospital through a round of tough questions and shaken nerves, hand Days of Our Lives an emotional reunion with a breakup and a showdown on the side, send Bold and the Beautiful’s feud down a war path while a romance takes a big step, keep Beyond the Gates buzzing with gossip and a little business taken care of, and let Young and the Restless take things public. Here’s what’s coming.

General Hospital Spoilers
Spoilers for Port Charles are short on details and long on dread, starting with Jason Morgan grilling Josslyn Jacks. He’s her godfather, which makes this less of an interrogation and more of a family dinner where somebody forgot the food and kept the cross-examination. Wherever Jason starts asking questions, trouble tends to orbit, so Joss may want to choose her words carefully.
Dante Falconeri and Liz Baldwin are shaken, and the details are staying under wraps, which is exactly how we like our cliffhangers: unlabeled and faintly ominous. Danny Morgan makes a confession of his own, and for a kid who recently picked a fight over his sister’s love life, it could land either way.
Trina Robinson and Emma Scorpio-Drake are alarmed, and after the mystery bouquets and that fan site signed “From your biggest fan,” nobody is calling them dramatic. Lulu Spencer gets disappointing news, which, with a libel suit hanging over her, is a sentence that practically writes itself.
Got a theory about what has Dante and Liz so shaken, or what Jason is really after with Josslyn? Send it to amber@soapoperamagazine.com, because we love a good theory almost as much as a good cliffhanger.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers
Sarah Horton and Xander Kiriakis share an emotional reunion, and it lands with real weight. Xander stepped in front of a bullet to protect Sarah, and she has stayed at his side through the hardest hours of it, so this moment has been a long time coming.
Julie Williams calls it quits with Foster, and Julie has been through enough Salem romances to know a lost cause when she sees one. Kristen DiMera confronts unfinished business from her past, and since she has already said she has exactly one loose end to tie up before leaving town, we have a feeling this one won’t be neat.
Thomas DiMera begins to have doubts about Cat Greene while celebrating Halloween with his father, because nothing says happy holiday like a side of suspicion. Cat has a real talent for being on everybody’s side at once, so he might be onto something. Elsewhere in Salem, Chad DiMera stands his ground and refuses to let EJ DiMera intimidate him, which, in a clan where intimidation is practically the house specialty, is a bold career move.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers
Katie Logan is on the war path, and after the headlines she approved about Forrester, we’re not sure there’s a path left she isn’t marching down. When Katie declares war, the rest of L.A. tends to start checking where the exits are.
Will Spencer takes the next step in his relationship with Melissa Dylan, and his timing is, shall we say, brave. Getting serious about the woman your mother openly doubts, while your mother is mid-war, is either true love or spectacularly bad scheduling.

Beyond the Gates Spoilers
Bill Hamilton grills Hayley Lawson about the latest rumors, and Hayley is not a woman who enjoys a cross-examination, especially while she’s sitting on something she’d rather keep quiet. If rumors were currency, Fairmont Crest would have retired the dollar by now.
Leslie Thomas probes for gossip about Ted Richardson and Shanice Johnson, proving that a woman who lost the map to regret never lost the map to other people’s business. Joey Armstrong takes care of business, a phrase that could mean anything from paperwork to something much shadier in his line of work.
Vanessa McBride grapples with complicated feelings toward Randy Parker, and since she once told him she knew exactly where the two of them stood, it sounds like somebody has rearranged the furniture.

Young and the Restless Spoilers
Nate Hastings and Stephanie Simmons go public, and after getting a pink slip from his own family, Nate has more than earned a win. It’s a rare Genoa City storyline that’s allowed to be happy, and we plan to enjoy it before somebody ruins it.
Nick Newman voices his concerns to Adam Newman, and it comes after an emotional stretch for both brothers. Adam has carried a lot since the delivery room, and the people who love him have noticed, even if he keeps saying he’s fine.
Sharon Newman and Phyllis Summers compare notes, and after Nick’s “it’s best if you don’t know” tour, we suspect those notes are going to be extremely helpful. Two women who are tired of being told what they don’t need to know are a dangerous combination.
