It’s over, and it’s official. The 90 Day Fiance Patrick and Thais divorce is final: according to Starcasm, which obtained the court documents, a Decree of Divorce for Patrick Mendes and Thais Ramone was filed in Nevada District Court on Oct. 27, 2026.

The terms are tidier than anything this couple gave us on 90 Day: The Last Resort. They share custody of their daughter, Aleesi, Patrick’s child support is set at $0, and neither gets alimony. Here’s what it settles and how they got there.

What the Decree Settles

Patrick and Thais share joint legal and joint physical custody of Aleesi, who is 3, on a two-week rotation that splits each week roughly down the middle. Neither parent can take her outside the United States without the “prior written consent of both parents,” plus an itinerary and emergency contacts, and they have to cooperate on her passport.

On money, the decree is blunt. “Neither Party shall be awarded Spousal Support/Alimony.” Each keeps the bank and retirement accounts in their own name and is responsible for the debts in their own name.

Then there’s the garage. Patrick keeps the 2006 Honda Ridgeline, and Thais gets the 2022 Tesla Model Y, with Patrick signing over the title within 12 months. Patrick is also “solely responsible for any IRS or joint tax liability,” including their 2025 taxes, penalties and interest.

Why Is Patrick Mendes Paying $0 in Child Support?

It isn’t a loophole. Per Starcasm, Patrick already pays for Aleesi’s child care, and that bill is bigger than the support figure he would otherwise owe. So the decree reads, “Dad’s Child Support obligation is set at $0.00.”

That matters because of where this started. When Patrick filed in May, TMZ reported he earns about $10,000 a month and Thais about half that. In June, Thais asked the court for monthly child support and spousal support. The 90 Day Fiance Patrick and Thais divorce ends with neither, and Patrick’s own October filing called the alimony waiver “fair and equitable.”

From a May Filing to a Mediated Decree

Patrick filed on May 20, asking to be the sole decision-maker for Aleesi and for her to live primarily with him. Two days later, Thais was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Prosecutors declined to file a charge, and the case was dropped.

In June, Patrick moved for a default, Thais hired attorneys and filed her own answer seeking joint custody. That same month the couple was on our screens as another Last Resort couple fighting to stay together, alongside the Sarper and Shekinah drama.

In August, Patrick claimed in court papers that Thais had an affair, and TMZ reported he also alleged a knife threat. Those were allegations, and they didn’t last. On Aug. 27, Starcasm reported that a judge had struck that motion by agreement, and Thais’s attorney said Patrick’s lawyers admitted the allegations “were included in error.” The two agreed to mediation.

On Oct. 26, Starcasm reported Patrick had asked the court to finalize a stipulated decree without a hearing. One day later, it was filed.

Both of Them Gave Ground

Put the opening asks next to the final paper and the 90 Day Fiance Patrick and Thais divorce looks like a trade, not a win. Patrick started out wanting sole decision-making and Aleesi’s main home and ends with a shared, week-by-week schedule. Thais started out wanting child and spousal support and ends with neither.

Patrick takes on every joint tax bill, which is no small thing after his June filing showed the couple carrying more than $240,000 in unsecured debt. Thais drives off in the newer car. Because they wrote the terms themselves, no judge ever had to pick a side.

What Fans Still Don’t Know

Starcasm says it is still digging through the decree. The judge isn’t named, no signing date has been reported, and there’s no word on whether Thais is changing her name. Neither Patrick nor Thais has commented publicly on the final papers.

And the big one: will either of them turn up on TLC again as a single parent? Nothing has been announced. If I know this franchise, a call about the 90 Day Fiance Patrick and Thais divorce after story is coming, and whether either of them picks up is another matter.

Patrick and Thais Ended Their Marriage on Paper, Not on Camera

After a spring of court filings and a summer of headlines, the last chapter was quiet: a mediator, a stipulation and a decree nobody fought over in a courtroom. For this couple, that’s almost a plot twist.

Here’s hoping the co-parenting stays as calm as the paperwork. Do you think the decree was fair to both of them? Tell us on our Facebook page.
