Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Katie Logan Spencer’s Warpath Erupts With Five Blows Left for Forrester

KATIE LOGAN SPENCER GOES ON THE WARPATH FRIDAY, AND A STRUGGLING FORRESTER IS RIGHT IN HER SIGHTS

TL;DR: Spoilers say Katie Logan Spencer goes on the warpath Friday, October 30, the day after Ridge admits Forrester is in trouble. Here are the five blows she can still land, and why our readers are not calling her the villain.

The Week That Ends in a Warpath

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, October 30 say it in four words: Katie is on the war path. Katie Logan Spencer gets there one bad day at a time. On Monday, her husband Bill Spencer tries to appeal to her empathy, and it does not go well.

On Tuesday, Brooke Logan is devastated by Katie’s latest antics, which are public enough that Brooke sees them on a phone with Bill beside her. “This is horrible! Your wife ought to be ashamed of herself.” On Thursday, Ridge finally admits to Brooke that Forrester is in trouble, the confession we laid out when Ridge admitted the family house was hurting. That same day, Katie is furious at something she sees.

Then comes the promo nobody can stop replaying. Katie sends something flying out a window at the Forrester office. Brooke: “My God, Katie, you’re crazy!” Katie: “And you are evil!” No day is printed on the clip, but it sure looks like Friday.

Why Bill’s Plea Never Had a Chance

Ridge Forrester has been warning for a month. On October 19 he called it survival mode and said, “We have to do whatever it takes.” Brooke took that as permission to go behind her sister’s back to Bill. By October 22 Bill was telling Katie to ease up on Forrester, admitting he would love to bury it but was not sure it needed to go that far.

On October 23 he warned her that burying Forrester would cost her Brooke and Donna Logan. Katie’s answer was, “This is not you!” Donna, who is keeping Brooke’s secret, predicted Katie would go off if she ever got a whiff of it. The window is what going off looks like.

What Will Katie Do Next on Bold and the Beautiful?

Nobody has said yet, so here is our ranking of the five blows left. Number one is Forrester’s youth line. Circulating spoiler chatter for November 2 to 6 says Katie may get another chance to hit Brooke and the Forresters where it hurts, and that Zende Forrester Dominguez might leak news on the line built around Electra Forrester. Zende joined Katie Logan Spencer at Logan on October 14, so he knows the plans.

That buzz even floats Melissa “Miss” Dylan as the face of a Logan youth line. Ridge fired her on October 12, and Will Spencer asked his mother to hire her on October 21. Katie only said she would think about it. Every piece of that is a maybe, and we flagged the same idea in Logan’s race to crash Electra’s youth line.

Number two is Brooke herself. If what Katie sees Thursday is proof that Brooke went to Bill, the next blow is personal, aimed at a sister and a marriage, not a balance sheet. We asked whether Katie was watching Bill go soft on her sister, and “evil” sounds like a woman who just found her answer.

Three More Ways to Hurt a Wounded House

Number three is going public. Tuesday’s stunt is public by design, and a public shot at Forrester’s name lands harder the week Ridge admits the money is tight.

Number four is another raid. Logan already has Hope and Zende, and Eric Forrester once said yes to Katie before going home. Spoilers say he is remorseful about Zende on Wednesday. Number five is the long shot: Bill’s money. He has held Forrester twice before, but right now he is the one pulling back.

And here is the twist on the villain debate. On our post about Ridge’s admission, one reader begged the show not to let Bill side with Brooke, saying the writers are turning them against the Forresters. Another laid the whole mess at Ridge’s feet, from retiring Eric to sidelining Hope’s line. Even a reader who blamed Ridge and Eric warned that Katie’s attitude will destroy everything she has built.

The timing is delicious. Heather Tom is a Daytime Emmy nominee for Lead Actress for playing Katie Logan Spencer, and she shares a writing nomination with the show’s writing team. The ceremony is Friday, October 30, the same day the warpath airs. If I know these writers, that is no accident.

Which blow do you think Katie lands first? Leave your pick in the comments.

Katie Takes Aim, but Ridge Built the Target

Our take: Katie Logan Spencer is about to do something ugly, and whatever goes out that window will not win her any sympathy at Forrester. But Ridge fired the talent, Brooke went behind her back, and Bill switched sides without telling his wife why. My money is on the youth line as the blow that really hurts, with Brooke and Bill as the spark.
